Seuss Landing Gallery - Green Eggs and Ham Although our Cindy Lou's favorite Seuss story is "Green Eggs and Ham", we ended up having dinner at the "If I Ran the Circus" cafeteria. This is a very impressive place from the outside, though! Not sure what food they offer. I am embarassed to say that we didn't check the menu.
