This past February, some family members made it possible for me to take a trip to Orlando with this site's own "Cindy Lou Who" (my daughter). She and I have wanted to go to Seuss Landing since we first learned about it quite a few years ago but there was no way I could afford it. Thanks to two very special people, we finally got there before she got too old to experience it through a child's eye. Don't be fooled. She's big for her age, but she's only 10 years old.

This is a gallery of my trip to Seuss Landing at Universal's Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida. I must say that while the Spiderman ride is the hands down winner in terms of originality and innovation and use of virtual reality, Seuss Landing is by far the hands down winner in terms of overall experience. When you approach the entrance to Seuss Landing, especially as a Seuss fan, you suddenly get this feeling that must be like the feeling Dorothy had when she woke up in OZ. I had literal tears running down my cheek as I approached the archway. Its like Seussian "Mecca". You're in Whoville!
