The frames around pictures, the buttons and title graphics found on this fan site were created by me, the web designer, as original designs intended to have a distinctly Seussian flavor. Fan art is used with permission of the artist and credit given unless they state they do not want their name listed publicly. Any likenesses of Jim Carrey or any of the cartoon Grinches are not used with permission.
Technical information: This site is designed on a CLASSIC MAC in Adobe Go Live and was originally optimized for Netscape 4x but works on Netscape 7x just fine. Original monitor resolution was to 832 x 624 and monitor set to millions of colors, though site works fine at somewhat higher resolution settings. This site will not view properly at 256 colors or a resolution of 640 x 480, nor on an old AOL browser, so don't say I didn't warn you! But if you think that's bad, try viewing it on webtv! Wow! Everything looks all kerbobbled. I can't even imagine what it would look like on a handheld or cell phone, cause I am too poor to own one, (though I keep checking the dump because you wouldn't beleive what these Whos just throw away). So anyway, if this page doesn't look quite right, view it at a friend's house who has an Apple Computer running Classic Mac OS (cause I don't like OS X and am holding out for as long as Who-manly possible before being eventually forced at gunpoint to upgrade (or switch to Linux) as they pry Classic out of my cold dead hands) and has a Netscape 4.7.9 or Netscape 7x browser installed, and it should look identical to what I am seeing infront of me (which looks really great). Oh, and I should mention that you do not need any Real Player or Shockwave software for this site. This site doesn't have any downloadable audio or video files (but if it did, it would require Apple's Quicktime software). If this site takes a long time to load, that's because you have a crappy dial-up connection. My dial-up connection sucks, but the site doesn't take all that long to load. However, when I view it from other computers that are on cable modems, it loads really fast and then I feel really jealous and realize I am sick of being too poor to afford broadband. Anyway, that's the technical stuff.
